short story – Steamtrain (Italy)

Two weeks ago I went to Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (an ancient town in Garfagnana, near Lucca).

The place was beautiful but it was a very rainy trip: the most interesting thing was how we got to Castelnuovo.

By an original steamtrain!

This summer I spent two days with my son Francesco.

We decided to go to Palmaria island, in the gulf of La Spezia: I was born in that city, so I know those places well.

It was a fantastic trip, and I’d like you can take a look at those places.
